The inaugural concert of Infinitus' first subscription series. Program includes classical works by Francaix and Kodaly; as well as Infinitus' signature jazz, hip-hop, and Latin arrangements ranging from Thelonious Monk's "Round Midnight" to Deep Purple's "Smoke on the Water"!

The New Bach Project

This creative concert is a modern twist on Bach's settings of traditional hymns (i.e. "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" and "Sleepers, Wake"). The first half of the concert includes pieces that inspired Bach (Be Still My Soul, Sleepers Wake), pieces by Bach (Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring, and Sleepers Wake, with choir), and pieces inspired by Bach (Mozart's 4 Preludes & Fugues). The second half features world premiers of new works by Nimus Dilasso, Yvonne Gillespie, Jonathan Klassen, Jordan Nobles, and Infinitus' John Littlejohn. These works are structured around two traditional hymns (I Surrender All, Great Is Thy Faithfulness), which will be presented in a traditional gospel style by the incomparable Pinkie Payne. This concert will please classical, contemporary, and gospel music lovers alike.

Infinitus' unique interpretation of some of the best film music of the 20th and 21st centuries. Program includes a beautiful trio by John William's composition teacher, film legend Castelnuovo-Tedesco, and original arrangements of popular film scores.
A New Season

In celebration of their "new season," Infinitus performs Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" in a new way; featuring solos on violin, as well as viola and cello. Program also includes popular, seasonally based, jazz tunes (i.e. Summertime, Autumn Leaves, etc.). You don't want to miss this one!
